Paul
Benedetti, age 68. Born Columbus Ohio, Franklin County, a 1969 Graduate of
Whetstone High School, attended The Ohio State University and Winona School of
Professional Photography. A Certified Professional Photographer and 35-year owner
operator of Benedetti Photography, Past President of the Professional
Photographers of Ohio, Past President of Central Ohio Professional
Photographers and Mid-East States Regional Professional Photographers.
Paul is
celebrating 50 year living in Logan County and is a strong advocate for giving
back to our community. He has served as Past President of the Bellefontaine
Kiwanis Club, also Chairperson and member of multiple community boards. In 2010
he founded the Top of Ohio Patriots, a Tea Party movement.
In 2011
named President of the Logan County Chamber of Commerce and Economic
Development, President of the Logan County Community Improvement Corporation, President
of the Bellefontaine Finance & Development Authority and Past President of
the Mid-Ohio Development Exchange. 2013
Co-founded the Logan County Collaborative bringing leaders of industry,
education & government to the table to address workforce and housing
challenges.
After a
contested primary and general election in 2018, with over a 65% approval he won
a four-year term as Logan County Commissioner.
Paul lives
in Bellefontaine with his wife Nancy are active members of the Vineyard
Community Church, they are the parents of 5 children & 11 grandchildren.
