PLEASE NOTE:

Any time a connection must be made to the main line sanitary sewer a qualified contractor with underground liability insurance must make that tie-in to the main. 

We must have on file at the District Office a CURRENT Certificate of Insurance showing proof of underground liability coverage for $1,000,000 BEFORE  making connection to the main line sewer has been made!
