"The mission of Logan County Children's Services is to respond to the needs of children who are at risk of abuse, neglect, or dependency.  The agency, in collaboration with other community resources, will strive for the prevention of child abuse and neglect.  Together, through educational and professional programs, we will work with, and advocate for families to provide a safe, nurturing, and permanent home for children.

Children's Services will lead the community by raising citizen's awareness of child abuse and neglect, and enlist the community's support to protect children and preserve families."
