This page will give a brief overview of the different
ways to pay your tax bill based on different needs and
situations.

By
Mail:
Please send the bill
stub along with your check. The check can be made
payable to “Dara J. Wren, Treasurer”. Your
envelope MUST be postmarked (with the United
States Post Office postmark not a private meter) by the
last day of the collection (the due date); otherwise,
state law requires us to add a 10% penalty. The due
date for the collection and the mailing address are on
your bill.

In
Person:
The Treasurer’s Office
is in the Court House Annex building directly behind the
Court House. The address is 100 S. Madriver, RM 104,
Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311. Our regular office hours
are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If
you pay in person, you MUST do so by the last day
of the collection to avoid penalty.

Night
Deposit Box:
There is a night
deposit box located on the North West side of the Annex
Building for your convenience in paying taxes after
hours, weekends and holidays.

By
Credit Card:
You can now pay your
real estate, manufactured home and personal property
taxes with Credit Card Payments now accepted by
Telephone or Internet. This service is provided by
Official Payments Corp. (The same program used by the
I.R.S.) All major credit cards accepted.
Important Notice:
Before using this service you should be aware that there
is a convenience fee charged by
Official Payments
Corp. for use of this system. This Fee is in no
way charged by the Logan County Treasurer’s Office.

Monthly installments
(Treasurer’s Monthly Escrow Program)
You can arrange to have your property taxes prepaid in
easier-to-handle monthly installments by signing up for
the Treasurer’s Monthly Escrow Program. If you call
937-599-7223 someone can give you information or
help you enroll.
