Eric C. Stewart, Chief Assistant Prosecutor

 Eric C. Stewart moved to Logan County with his wife and three children in 2000. He has a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University and he received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1999. During law school, he clerked for the firm of Ziegler & Schneider, P.S.C. in Northern Kentucky. Eric joined the Logan County Prosecutor’s Office in February of 2000. He has been lead trial counsel on a large number of criminal cases and in 2007 he became the Chief Assistant Prosecutor. Eric is a member of the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association, Ohio Bar Association, and Logan County Bar Association where he currently serves as Treasurer. Eric is actively involved in the community and in his church. He has coached Bellefontaine City t-ball, soccer, and Upwards Basketball and works with the Boy Scouts of America. He is also a graduate of Leadership Logan County.

Sarah J. Warren, Assistant Prosecutor

Sarah Warren joined the Prosecutor’s Office in 2013 as an Assistant Prosecutor.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Business from Urbana University and received her law degree from Ohio Northern University, graduating in 2010.  During law school, Sarah interned at the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office.  Sarah is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Logan County Bar Association, and Kiwanis.  She resides at Indian Lake with her husband and children.

Natasha R. Wagner, Assistant Prosecutor

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Natasha R. Wagner joined the Logan County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in July 2014, and is assigned to the Juvenile Division. Natasha represents Logan County Children Services in cases involving dependency, neglect and abuse of children and in the prosecution of juvenile delinquents. Natasha received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Ohio University, her Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 2013. While in law school, Natasha volunteered for the Legal Clinic’s Expungement Program and worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Summit County Public Defender’s Office. Prior to becoming an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Logan County, she worked as a Judicial Staff Attorney at the Morrow County Municipal Court. Natasha is from Greenville, Ohio and currently resides in Bellefontaine.
