Payment Information
Payments may be placed in our drop box located near the entrance to our drive through window. When making your payment please return the bottom portion of your billing statement. This allows us to post your payment to the proper account. Please do not bend, staple or write on your stub(s) as this may cause your payment not to post properly.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Credit/debit card payments are able to be made on our website through a link to official payments, a third party provider. Please know that a convenience fee of $1.95 is collected by official payments.

To make a credit card payment online, click on the tab web payment at the upper left.

Removal of Structures or Change of Ownership
When a building has been removed from your property and it has been previously charged for sanitary sewer service it is the land owner's responsibility to notify the Logan County Water Pollution Control District of the change of status. We will inspect the property to insure the sanitary sewer lateral has been capped properly and no surface water can enter the main sewer line. After the inspection is completed, the billing will be reduced by the amount of the user fee.

If there is a change of ownership, it is the responsibility of both parties (buyer and seller) to notify this office that a sale will take or has taken place. The seller should notify our office of the impending sale and the buyer should notify our office of their correct mailing address and phone number and that the sale was completed.

Land Owners - Tenants
When a property is being rented by a land owner to a tenant or to a person buying the property on a land-contract basis, the billing will remain in the land owner's name unless a "Land Owner/Tenant Agreement" is signed by the land owner and the account for the property in question is paid in full.

For more information regarding the "Land Owner - Tenant Agreement", please contact our office at 937-43-3328.
