        Beginning with the July 2015 billing statement for
June service, the District is going to a letter-size billing with an addressed return envelope.  
Please look for it in the mail around June 28th.

Payments
The Logan County Water Pollution Control District is pleased to announce that we are now accepting credit/debit cards for payment on the sanitary sewer billing statements.

Payment can be made either:
  • On our website
  • At our walk-up window inside the office.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card on our Web Payment Site and MasterCard and Discover Card at our walk-up window at the District Office. A $1.95 convenience fee will be charged for each transaction

Notice of Change in Termination Policy
Logan County Commissioner Resolution No. 414-2012 passed December 18, 2012 now allows for the Logan County Water Pollution Control District to charge an administrative fee of $150.00 (in addition to all accrued charges) for all terminated property to have service restored. This resolution also authorizes the District to continue a full billing to any property while terminated as the billing for Monthly User Charge is based upon the Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) charge and is not based upon volume of discharge.
