The 1st Monday in January is the 1st day to file initial applications and renewal applications. The initial application has a 1 time fee of $25. Make check payable to Michael E. Yoder, Logan County Auditor and return it to the Auditor's office.
All initial applications for CAUV must be filed prior to the 1st Monday in March.
